My dishes showcase bold flavours and hero ingredients & spices, mainly from the enormous region below Turkey, my Indian roots, all the way down to Sri Lanka as well as North Africa and the Middle East.

I also take inspiration from the UK’s fabulous growers and artisans who hail from the South West, corners of Devon & Cornwall, the Welsh mountains as well as the moors of Scotland.
