My inspiration

I’m lucky enough to live in the fabulously foodie city of Bristol with its plethora of applauded restaurants, farmers markets showcasing local produce and talented cheesemakers, brewers and independent retailers.

The inspiration for my carefully curated menus is taken from around the world as I’ve been an avid traveller for the last thirty years.

The menu curation is a process in itself, from the initial call where we get to know each other, often taking in a special meal in a favourite restaurant or pub, then meeting the wonderful chefs and sometimes even the producers.

It’s a collaboration which may take several months but the culmination of attention to detail, coupled with unrivalled high-end service, is something you’ll cherish forever.
